I agree that we must pass on what God has given us. I have also seen a trend in my ten plus years of mentoring. It seems that those who are most hungry for the knowledge of the Kingdom are those that have the least to loose. It seems that those that have much to loose already see themselves as leaders with little to learn outside of what they can get from world knowledge, which may be fine if their business or main source of life is in the world.
